Dear Friends and Supporters,
2024 has been an incredible journey marked by growth, change, and renewed purpose. This year, we embraced a bold new chapter, transitioning from Coded by Kids to Coded by:—a name that reflects both our evolution and the boundless potential of the young innovators we serve. While our name has changed, our mission remains steadfast: to empower our communities by equipping them with the skills and opportunities needed to thrive in technology and innovation.
This was also a year of record-breaking impact. Through our programming, we reached more students than ever before—over 650 bright, determined learners engaged in building their futures through technology and entrepreneurship. We also expanded our vision to look beyond education and strengthen the local tech ecosystem through 1Philadelphia. By fostering collaboration across communities, companies, and institutions, we are working to create a city where opportunities in technology are accessible to all people.
None of this progress would have been possible without the unwavering support of our partners, funders, and community. Your belief in our mission fuels everything we do, and together, we are making a tangible difference in the lives of so many. As we look ahead to 2025, I am filled with optimism about the opportunities to deepen our impact and reach even more students and communities. Thank you for being an integral part of this journey.
